- Great visibility
- At least 35,000 CPD – Traffic count
- 1,200-2,000 Square Feet
- Near large national retailers like Wal-Mart, Target, Costco, Best Buy
- Median income of $30,000 to $70,000 within 3 miles
- Population of at least 50,000 within 3 miles
- 25 ft. of frontage for signage and preferably has 8 foot glass on two sides
- End caps or a free standing building
- Hard corner or soft corner must be at signalized intersection
